Direct Deposit Validation Blocks Repeated-Digit Account Numbers
OB365
Onboarding 365 now validates bank account and routing number fields to prevent submission of entries consisting entirely of repeated digits (e.g., 0000000000 or 3333333333).
What's New?
An inline error message appears immediately when a candidate enters an account or routing number made up of the same repeated digit, blocking submission until a valid number is provided.
Why Does It Matter?
This validation prevents obviously invalid direct deposit entries from reaching downstream payment processing, gives candidates immediate feedback to correct errors before submitting, and reduces the need for manual intervention to handle failed direct deposit setups.
This is part of the OB365 R2026.9 release. Click here for release calendar details.
